Actually, we waive the virginity requirement if you have enough relevant work experience. We do prefer at least a minor in Douchebaggery however, although a solid Douchebag internship would probably suffice.

Personally, I still LOVE doing the show and I absolutely do it for fun. You're right though, sometimes the energy level is a little down. I think this time of year is worse for that since it's traditionally a dry spell in terms of game releases. We do need to mix some stuff up though. I'd love to do some interviews or have some more guests. We're always open to any suggestion to help us produce a better show, so thanks for the input.

I could honestly care less if people don't like it for legitimate reasons. I enjoy it, but it's definitely a game that not everyone will enjoy, that's for sure. My comment is only directed at people whose sole motivation for dogging the game is that they want it to flop like Haze or Lair. That's childish, and people who hold that reasoning aren't forming their own opinion of the game, they're clinging to the opinion of some frothing fanboy hivemind so their ridiculous quest for vengence ca...

...Too Human is a better game than Haze or Lair (in my opinion). It's certainly not perfect, but it's an above average game.

It's so sad to me that some people (who have never, and will never play Too Human) are actually rooting for this game to fail simply because Haze and Lair did, and they want something to use as "payback". There's plenty of games on the 360 that suck, just like there's plenty on the PS3 and Wii that suck, there's no reason to go witchhunting for...

Demo's a lot of fun. If you're a huge fan of Star Wars, you'll dig it. It's really the first Star Wars game that nails the impact of some of the force powers, especially Force Push. The Jedi Knight games did it pretty well, but this game takes it up a notch. When you blast open a bulkhead door (that bends realistically depending on where you hit it) it's an awesome feeling.

Like Tuttle said though, there are some issues with the camera getting caught on things.

I'm so sick of seeing the "Lazy Developers" tag thrown around so much on this site lately...

So let me get this straight, these devs worked for years creating a unique story in the most prolific and well known science fiction property in the world. A story so well done it's been approved by George Lucas as an official "retelling" of the events between the two sets of Star Wars Trilogies. They also developed several new engines for AI, Physics, and destruci...

Agreed, if Dyack and the Silicon Knights crew would have made the game's genre more clear ahead of time, much of the confusion around the game would have been lifted.

A lot of people have come into this game expecting Ninja Gaiden or God of War, and that's an easy assumption to make considering the style of the action matches up visually along those lines. Those who have invested time into the game see that it has much more in common with Diablo, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance,...

Granted the game doesn't look as good as a game like Uncharted, MGS4, or Gears...but for a dungeon crawler with as many enemies on screen as TH is pushing, It looks pretty darn good.

The environments are large and pretty well detailed. The character models are adequate but not great. The effects and explosions are very solid. I wouldn't call the game's graphics "impressive", but they're certainly not terrible...I'd say overall they're slightly above middle of the ro...

I was just going for a couple of examples for each, not a complete list....but you're correct. Although rumor is that MAG will also have the SOCOM branding.

360 has several others like Left 4 Dead and Alan Wake that I left off, but like I said...I was just picking a couple high profile examples.

is a silly argument that I see far too often on this site. Both companies line-ups for the next 6 - 8 months are heavily reliant on sequels and existing franchises.

PS3
Killzone 2
Resistance 2
Motorstorm 2
God of War 3
Socom: Confrontation

360
Fable 2
Gears 2
Banjo Kazooie
Viva Pinata

and both have new IP's coming out

PS3
Littlebigplanet
Heavy Rain

Why in the world would any gamer ever hope for a game to flop...?

The more successful games the industry churns out, the more the industry grows. The more the industry grows, the more money developers and publishers will make. The more money they make, the more risk they can afford to take on fantastic games that might not be huge sellers i.e. Psychonauts or Beyond Good and Evil.

The V.A.T.S. system is completely optional. If you want, you can go through and just manually free aim your way through the game like a standard shooter.

You're completely missing my point. If you look at the situation as it stands today, you're right...they would lose a lot of money. But my comment was directed at people discussing a boycott of Bethesda's games on the PS3.

If, in the hypothetical situation I was discussing above, every PS3 fan is boycotting the game then they won't lose any money by not developing for the system, because they wouldn't be making any money on it in the first place.

The point is th...

The whole "shooting the guy in the head and his whole body blows up" thing is the result of a perk you can add to your character to increase the amount of gore to ridiculous levels. It's called the Bloody Mess perk, and it's completely optional.

That if all the PS3 owners boycotted the game, that would only convince Bethesda to spend even less effort on the PS3 for their next game.

If (and this is entirely impossible, but bear with me for the sake of argument) they sold 0 copies of Fallout 3 on PS3 because people were boycotting the game, they wouldn't waste the time, money, and effort on making their next game on PS3 and risk selling 0 copies again.

However if Fallout 3 comes out, and (once again, n...

Eagerly anticipating Fallout 3. Looks pretty awesome so far, and it should have a ridiculous amount of depth.

As a huge fan of The Elder Scrolls series, I can't help but hope that maybe we'll get lucky and Bethesda will put some of this experience with location specific damage, gore, and ranged combat into the next Elder Scrolls game.

I think it would be cool has hell to have a V.A.T.S. like system for the ranged combat in TES 5. Can you imagine, a bandit cha...

Whether or not you agree with Bethesda's decision to leave PS3 out of the loop on Fallout DLC, Piracy is a cancer on the industry. I've got more respect for that soccer mom from Nintendo's E3 conference than for game pirates.

Looks like it has the same graphical style as two of Rare's other games this Gen, Kameo and Viva Pinata.

I don't know why people are saying it looks like a ripoff of LBP...they're nothing alike. The only similiarity is the nailed together junkyard sign and wall, and if that's what we're going on then LBP and Banjo both ripped off Big Al's Junkyard down the street from my house. Look at the second screen there, and tell me how it looks similar to LBP.

The only thing...

Nintendo makes a habit of releasing their heavy hitters on Sundays...they've done it for a while now. It's definitely a little strange.
